Description
The crew mitt is a leather chopper that keeps the wind out and the heat in. What’s different from the local farms store’s chops? Park your tractor and check out the Crew Mitt’s fitted pattern, waterproof liner, and an obviously-needed rough-side-out split leather palm. They’re grippy and rippy.
Let them dry out after every use by sliding them onto pegs or turning them inside out as much as you can, so you don’t stink up the place.
The features you’re looking for:
- cowskin shell – you can add waterproofing (wax, spray, your pick)
- Thick 3M Thinsulate
- YCM waterproof membrane
Biography:
Crew Mitts came to be when we wanted the same warm, tough glove that the Coldlaps gave us, but better suited to rake an approach, drive the snowmobile, and handling hot coals isn’t going to hurt your soul.
We took an existing chopper mitt, cut it apart, made the most useful changes, and wham. The Crew Mitt. It’s easy for us, because we like our hands.
